颐和公馆隶属于法国罗兰夏朵旗下，算得上南京数一数二的酒店了，也拥有几个顶级餐厅。去年到访过藕舫品下午茶确实不错，这次来到的百年西餐厅，早就相中了，也算得上南京法餐的顶级之作了，感觉如果米其林来南京，它家一定会有星的！下雪的夜晚，颐和公馆特别美。米其林二星主厨Mauro之前圣诞回法国了，所以也就没怎么点主菜，甜品冷菜的出品依旧不含糊！整个餐厅位于一栋三层别墅，是一位民国时熊姓将军的住所。可以说是低调奢华。餐厅位于二楼，当晚用餐的人不多，但都是经过预定的。选择了靠窗户的位子，灯光刚好，餐具摆设极赞！服务很贴心，会帮你提衣服并放好相关私人物品。点单时会做一定的介绍，也聊到了主厨的故事，服务员好像都没我熟悉嘛～上菜速度还不错，冷菜的鸭肝布丁比较惊艳，入口丝滑。搭配苹果泥和坚果中和了部分鸭肝的肥腻。其实感觉鸭肝比鹅肝好吃！特别要赞一下餐前面包！首先造型很奇特仿佛江浙人民常吃的京江脐（老虎脚爪）。配的黄油和红酒渍洋葱口感太棒啦！面包总体的发酵口感觉得应该不输东京Narisawa的现场发酵面包。所以要趁热吃哦！咸口泡芙要一口吞，造型摆盘很法风。甜品控要了两份甜品。超人气的抹茶舒芙蕾搭配香草牛乳反而没有那么震撼到味蕾，但是舒芙蕾的水润口感确实拿捏很准到位，地道的法国甜品！反倒是冷门的藏红花慕斯特别令人陶醉和痴迷。现打发的慕斯口感细腻，搭配下层酸甜可口的雪葩简直愉悦得快飞起来！记得去年看春季黑松露晚宴就对这道甜品印象深刻，果然没选错！买单会有15%小费加服务费，可以理解得，毕竟有米其林背景和资质！还点了一瓶最爱的圣培露气泡水搭配甜品，真是完美！和藕舫的洗手间一样，百年的洗手间延续了相同的奢华，所以总体可以打90分吧^_^
